- STATE BANK OF INDIA Fraudulent transaction on my SBI Credit Card Open
On **th February ****, two fraud transactions of Rs ***** and of Rs ***** has happened on my SBI Credit Card ending with XXXXXXXXXXXX** at my Amazon website and when i saw the transaction alert which came to my registered mobile number after few minutes, i immediately called to SBI customer care and informed them about the fraud and has get the card blocked and did all the formalities as required. After blocking, another attempt was done by Fraudster of Rs *****, but the amount did not get debited due to card block. On the same day, I have also called Amazon Customer Care and have raised the concern of the fraud/illegal transactions . Later they came back saying that some unauthorized party have accessed my Amazon account and also they have cancelled both the illegal transactions/orders (the both orders was Gift Cards) and the same has been confirmed to me over email. I have also raised dispute on both the illegal transactions i.e. on Rs ***** and on Rs ***** to SBI Credit card team and also have updated SBI that Amazon has cancelled both the illegal transactions and they have processed the charges on my VISA Card ending with XXXXXXXXXXX** on **th February ****, but till now no satisfactory result came out. I also have filed a Police Complaint and Went to RBI and have raised Complaint on the same. Ref. RBI Complaint Number is *************** and ***************.
The billing date on my SBI Credit Card is on *th of every Month and the total amount of Rs ***** has been generated and the due date of my payment is on **th of every Month.
When i reach out to SBI Chargeback Team they asked me to connect with Amazon and when I reach out to Amazon they ask me to connect with SBI team and I got stuck at this place as both Amazon and SBI is not taking my case seriously after providing all the evidences.. Whatever amount was used by me from my SBI Credit Card, I have paid all the money for it. Kindly Requesting you to look into this matter by connecting with both Amazon and with SBI to get the refund of Rs ***** on my SBI credit Card ending with XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX**, as my CIBIL score will get deteriorate without any fraud done by me.
