- Stashfin even if I paid the emi amount through bank transfer they auto deducted the same amount Open
On **nd April ****, I had received a message from Statshfin that EMI of Rs. **** has not been honoured. So I have had made the payment instantly through their app. After a few minutes, I could see they auto debited the same amount from my account again. So in place of paying ****, I had ended up paying *****.
When I called their number I was getting absurd answers that now it is very hard to get the money back. It will take a long time.
But they were not telling me when I am going to get my money back. It has been more than a month and Stashfin customer care is not giving any timeline for refund. Kindly find the evidence attached.
In the second line of the statement, I had made the payment through Stashfin app. In the first line, EMI was deducted from Stashfin side ( auto debit ). Kindly help me to get this issue resolved at the earliest.
