Respected sir/madam,

i am NARESH L.DURGAM, having a relation with standard chartered bank from last ** years,
In this long years relation with standard chartered i never made a late payment or default thing in your payment services, being a genuine & honest customer, standard chartered seeing my good track record of payment they always gave me many offers as rewards.
And one of rewards was flexi loan, which i took on march *st week **** of amount of ( ******.**) for * years ,Which i was needed for my business purpose. but as u know and world knows we got dramatic & dangerous surprise, in the name of ( pandemic / covid-** / lockdown ). it was highly affected to my business , family and on my income, and the whole world was facing same thing, many of them has lost there life and many of them lost there jobs & business with zero income remains,,
many of them ( and me ) still trying to recover & fighting with this hard situation, but most of all lost this battle by taking there own life.
my concern to write this mail was to understand & inform u what i was going through, and please understand my problem.
i have taken this flexi loan for my business purpose, but due to this pandemic & lockdown,i got loss in my business and facing financial problem, still i have manage to make payment most of times,
but on october-november **** my payment got delayed, because i was in my native place for some medical reason, and in this last ** years of payment history this happen for *st time,.,
but on november ending month i make the payment including all charges..
but to my surprise when i receive january-**** month statement, it was showing i need to make whole payment of ******,rs in one payment, which i opted for * years..
but my concern is from where i could make this payment now ?? with no options given..
being a customer from last ** ten years with good payment track, u people not seeing my this loyalty..
i just miss my * months payment( oct-nov ****) and u people left me with no options,
are u aware in what mental conditions am going through now, due to this payment situation, do u even think once from where i could make this payment in one go.. i have many other resposibilities & libilities on my head to ( house & family expense, emi expenses),, and got more load now, bcoz i have blessed with baby girl ( * months old )..
going to end this mail, will not tell any personal problems now,,,
i have taken this flexi loan for * years on march-****, and logically & practically it should be end on march-****..
just getting * months payment delayed, u cant tell me to make full payment in immidiate affect.. atleast u people should have avoid of let go my *st mistake by seeing my previous ** years payment history record..
atleast i have accepting this much loyalty.. and still accepting the same, by writing this mail, bcoz my intention is not do any default thing, need to maintain my cibil good..
and m not requesting for any special privilage or facility from u people,, i m just requesting u, wat option i have opted for this flexi loan, that should remain continue for same tenure, what i opted for..
u can blocked my card, discontinue my card,, i have nothing problem that,,
just plz continue that flexi loan as per given tenure..
and honestly i have just left * option only in my hand.
