Hi All,
This is my Tracking number ***********. The product reached Karaikudi Delivery Hub by yesterday itself and the Delivery Head Velmurugan (+** ***** *****) refused to deliver this parcel because of ODA (my place is **km from the hub).

After lots of hurdles spoke with customer care and they told today EOD I will be getting the parcel so till now I didn’t receive it. I called Velmurugan and enquired about this but his reply was shocking I.e He gave the parcel to someone (Shanmugam)who is a client to Velmurugan.

Unfortunately Shanmugam(+** **********) not lifting the call from the morning. I’m still worried that my product was in the wrong hands and it may have tampered with at any point. Is it how you will deliver the parcel to the customer?.

Four Major problems
*. Didn’t receive the product yet.
*. My parcel was with the wrong person.
*. In an Unprofessional and rude way Velmurugan treated me over a call and during call merging with ST Courier service also. *. Velmurugan Playing some games like “Shanmugam is not picking up the call but meanwhile updating the status as ODA in portal”. As you can see that while speaking with me over a call he has changed the status like this.

My Humble request is to take stringent action against Velmurugan for not doing his duty properly and handling customer parcel to some unauthorized person for delivery.
