- Spread of fake infrormation led to higher penalty fine Closed
In accordance with the Corona outbreak. We were informed by Mr.Pandi, Operation Manger of OYO LIFE CHN**** Near SRM University about a discount coupon which was supposed to be provided by the oyo team (according to him and whoever above him). As per the last date updated by the corona team, he told us to sent mails to oyolife support with our IDs attached. We were also asked to not pay the rent till **/**/****. They supported their statements with a mail which was sent to the team asking for the discount. As of now **/**/**** a information was passed down to us by them to pay the rent and quoting "Dear all pls paid u r rent today...my central team declared not giving any Coupon for our side...if any related queries pls contact pandi my operation manager." Now the rent has increased with the penalty. As per Mr.Pandi infromed today the support would be updated by the central team. So I need a clear view about the issue raised from the concerned officials and the payment of rent. Hearby by attaching a contact mail. Looking forward from hearing from you as soon as possible.
