spicejet staff did not allowed to board the flight.
* passengers (* adult ladies and * kid). they were in time (*hour before the departure time) and staff did not allowed them to onboard and they have to left back.
Spicejet is not returning the amount and instead, they were complaining that passengers were late so they cannot return the amount.
