- Sound quality was poor Closed
Iv and ordered jbl headphones as i wanted super base sound in headphone. On *nd September ****, i received my product and within **min of delivery I requested the company to return the product because the sound quality of that product is not specialised in bass, after then they said that we will file your request on behalf of returning of your product within * days after then i checked my registered account for the complait but nothing was there... I called them manh time for the return of the product and they were continually saying the we have forward your request..but I didn't get conclusion regarding to my product return.. please help me i want my money back!!
