We have ordered "Haiden L-shaped sofa set from pepperfry.com and is delivered on '**-FEB-****'. After and installation, we see lot of variation with the product that is shown on website and what is got delivered.
Mainly the stitching and alignment of sections and headrests is very disproportionate. Lot of spacing between the sections, and it looks very awful.
It do have very noticeable colour variation that is shown in website.
Not in one aspect that it is different, and which we can not compromise for a product that is of around *****Rs.

We have raised the return request on the same day, within * hours of delivery and to our utter dissatisfaction the executive not at all listened to our words and right away rejected our proposal of replacement the product.
They say "what is shown and what is delivered are exactly looking the same", even after providing the images of showcasing the very much noticeable differences\issues.
We have raised requests again the other day and till yesterday with all the supporting images of the sofa, but the support persons were not at all listeneing and very rude in their response.
Finally, if the product can not be returned we even asked for the manufacturer details, so that we can get it fixed by the manufacturer since the product is under warranty.
They denied and simply closed the requests.

Upon checking in the website, we see brand name as 'Vittoria' and the merchant details as some other Local enterprise which seems to be also a sofa manufacturing one.
So not sure, if the product that got deliverd is done by whom and who can fix the issues.

The problem started at very first place where we have booked recliner sofa initially which we have verfied at the store and ordered online and when we were expecting the delivery in a week they cancelled the order saying product is out of stock.
When a product is out of stock, how do they take order at very first place.
Then we had to order this sofa again from the same website. if the initial order is not cancelled, we would not have gone through all this pain.
