Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Computers and Consumer Electronics
The issue that I have experienced was: The product which has been delivered is not upto my expectations and the confirmation of the same was given by Filipkart Customer care executive.I need Smart TV with Bluetooth connectivity which I have asked * to * times from Customer care executive and the reply i received that YES it has Bluetooth connectivity. I have a voice recording of Customer care executive which will used as evidence against Flipkart and their representatives in appropriate forum as per the Law of land as misguidance to regular customer like us.
But as soon as when the Technician arrived to install the TV he confirmed that it has no bluetooth connectivity and therefore i immediately instructed him to stop the installation and returned back the TV. I have been cheated and misguided by Flipkart Customer care executive for selling inferior quality TV to us and purpose being unserved, I have purchased this TV with Bluetooth connectivity just because for my mother who is ** years old and can watch TV with wireless sound system connecting with Bluetooth.
Moreover i tried to contact Flipkart senior representatives numerous times but customer care executives have kept my phone on long hold and do not allow me to connect with Flipkart senior representatives even after so long call duration hold, just felt disgusting and ignored.
But the product which has been confirmed by Flipkart Customer care executives is not upto the mark and I feel cheated and misguided bh y the information provided to me.

Need immediate replacement of Smart TV having features of bluetooth connectivity.Ready to pay extra for the same.
