From last * months I complaining continuously about slow speed but Youbroadband executives just give me copy paste answers. Technicians come and just take a look they don’t do anything. Mine is **mbps unlimited plan but I don’t get more then * mbps speed in a day. Their technicians say it on my face right now you compromise with this speed. It’s been * months now I haven’t got any resolution. I have even tried contacting Nodal officers and appellate officers but no one replies. My ****₹ are wasted and I am stuck with this crap Youbroadband service.
