- Slow internet service provided Open
I have been using GTPL for last * years as an Internet service provider. Many times I have faced either "Not working Internet" or "Very slow internet speed" issues. I had written to email@example.com team multiple times. Also, most of the times I have faced this issue after * pm where there is no technical support provided by GTPL to serve the customer complaints. For the last few days, I am facing slow internet speed which varies from *.* MBPS to * MBPS where I have paid for ** MBPS plan.
I do not say that refund is the only thing I want. If my complaint is resolved on a permanent basis that would work for me. But If again and again, I have to ask for assistance on slow speed, there is no meaning to stick with GTPL anymore. Hence, I request you to please look into the mentioned issue.
