I am very disappointed with skoda services and support. On **-Oct-**** I made a complaint to Saisha Skoda that there is an manufacturing defect in My car left tyre to Mr. Gaurav and I sent the all pictures and videos to them and they told me that dont worry that will be changed. After some time they told me that Miss Ekta will help me now So this time I tried to call many times Miss Ekta many times to help me and * times she told me in very rude behaviour that if you are in hurry then purchase a new tyre. Still, I was polite because I was victim cause I bought a Skoda car. On the *-Oct-**** I again called her and she told me that our senior is on tour and will come back on *th and your tyre will be replaced but after * days there was no response. I again called on *th to help me and this time she told me that get in touch with Mr. Vikram on number. Oh God First Mr Gaurav then Ekta and now Mr. Vikram. Still I am very sad but I am victim so i got in touch with Mr. Vikram. I got in touch with Mr. Vikram for more ** times on call and *-* times on WhatsApp for help but he always said one thing that he will call me in one hour and your tyre will be replaced now its ** days over but my car and tyre both are waiting for response.
I made * Calls to Mr. Gaurav, * calls to Miss Ekta and ** Calls to Mr. Vikram and no one replied, never call back and no response from anyone. I am attaching the WhatsApp screenshots.
So please help me with complaint number.
