I installed *** mbps fibre broadband connection on ** September ****. It's been * days now and I have not used it cause of **mbps speed max and no one is resolving issue. I have been raising complaints on customer care but no help. I have paid for quarter in advance and when asked to cancel my connection within a week as no one is resolving issue. They simply denied. I am stuck badly neither getting my money back nor any services. Pathetic service provider and they must be legally challenged for being so unprofessional and doing frauds with customer.
