I have requested customer care on **th may **** that my d*h is not working and registered a complaint for visiting service engineer.
Today is **th may **** ,* day's gone but no one visited yet.
This is so wonderful that I am calling daily for talking updates about engineer visit but no response from your side.
I have paid you but you are not able to give service.
Since **th may till the service engineer visit days whatever will be no of day's i need my subscription extension for those days because only for you i am not able to watch tv and deducted money.
I will say videocon d*h is the wrost service ever in my life.
Hope you aware about cyclone amphan.
Let me tell you in my building all other people's have DTH other than Videocon, theirs dish also got damaged but got corrected only * or day's.
