My Number is a * year old Corporate number and I have to just change the ownership from company to personal. I am struggling and doing follow ups with the Airtel team from the past * months for just doing the ownership transfer with all documents.
I am having very bad customer service from Airtel. Just for transferring the name of ownership I had to visit Ghatkopar gallery * times and spend hours of time & still not done. System not working, printer not working.....again asking to visit one more time. Even after visiting for the *th time and completing the documentation work *nd time on ** Sep **** I had to do several follow-ups and no proper response and currently my SIM is down. Tried posting compliant on twitter @Airtel_Presence twice but still no response.
Since **nd Sept evening my sim has been deactivated and not getting any proper update from Ghatkopar gallery or Account manager. Tried calling multiple calls but not receiving my calls. I can't do porting as ownership is not transferred? It's like a total check mate. There is a business loss due to sim downtime for the past * days and can't do any banking as well.
Can you feel the trouble of * months of follow-ups, * visits and * days of sim down and endless follow ups for just ownership transfer with * year old Corporate customers ? Is this what Airtel customer support is ??
