- Sim blocked without any reason Open
Kind Attn: Team Airtel,
I am your costumer since ****/ ** years, i have bought two prepaid sims at that time with same series number ********** & **. But from last two weeks my sim number ********** is not working(from **.**.****). I am regularly recharged this number(last on **.**.****) & i have not received any deactivation intimation before **.**.****.
After calling customer care regularly *-* days i have got following replies:
*. “Your sim is not working from last * months.”
*. “Their is no record/previous history of this number at our end.”
*. “You can get this same number on post paid.”
I haven’t got any justified answer from your customer care team, after cross questioning your team they have disconnected my call several times. I have visited your Airtel Hoshiarpur Store, Opposite Swaran Multiplex, Near Bus Stand on **.**.**** & submitted my copy of adhar card, they said that we have to put mail to main office & after receiving their reply we call you whether prepaid number is available or not. If number is available in postpaid then you have to buy from us & after * months you can convert it in prepaid. Yesterday i visited Airtel office again but they replied that we have not received any reply from Main head office our standard time is ** hours.
Now tell me one thing sir if i visited Airtel office on **.**.**** & i require new connection than it will be activated within ** mins because at that time your priority is to make customers, but if same customer faced any issue than their is no help service for him.
I have got surprised when i have visited your Airtel Hoshiarpur office yesterday no one interested to reply me, & Airtel tells these offices as Customer care Centre. I feel that you only care when some one required new connections. Old customers are treated as fools.
Today ** days have passed & my number is still not working & i have not received any call from your so called Customer Care. So today i am sending this email to you.
I am not satisfied with that kind of your service & I request you to activate my number in same prepaid mode on immediate basis. I have not required any postpaid connection.
I required justified answer from your side that why my number got deactivated.
Or i have to follow some legal action on Airtel.
