Last * days there is no signal in my set of box. Daily I call customer care service. But there are no benefits. They said after * hours the problem will solve. Before * weeks one signal problem is found. I informed the customer care. After ** hours one guy comes and rectify the problem and he charged Rs *** cash. After that again Rs *** cut from my account. My customer id is ********. Kindly resolve this issue. I am frankly said its a very bad service.
