- Shocking experience with airasia Flight time preponed without prior information Open
On *nd Feb I had a very unpleasant experience before flying with Airasia flight number I***** , Booking Number O**VYP. This was a connecting flight from GOA to Bhubaneswar supposed to be boarded at *.** AM from Bangalore to Bhubaneswar as mentioned in the boarding pass. But without prior information. No message or email received regarding the change the boarding started at * AM. I got the call at *.** AM regarding the final boarding call. I reached the gate ** by *.** AM but in vain. Gates were closed and i was not allowed to board the flight.
On top of that the airasia Manager said it was my fault. She didnt even arrange next possible flight for me for Bhubaneswar. I tried to reach the airasia customer care number , no one is answering that. I spent again to board AIR INDIA flight for Bhubaneswar.
Therefore i would request you kindly look into the matter and help me get a refund for the injustice done.
Deeply disappointed with the dictatorial attitude of airasia airline.
