I have done channel selection for my tata sky set top boxes & due to technical error in their system I am asked to pay double the required amount & every time I call helpline no. they say we will call you back shortly to resolve this. Since this whole week in June I am disturbed by this careless behavior of such a reputed company-Tata sky
