- Set top box installed by independent TV not working Open
One representative of Independent TV called me to ask me that when can he install the set top box which was prebooked by me via the internet. On ** Feb ****, the representative came to my house to install the set-top box. He installed it and I paid him the amount of Rs. ****/- via paytm. Details attached. Still, my TV is showing STB not active.
As per their dealer in Faridabad, he has not installed this STB. My case is if they were not their people then how did my information reached to them. This is a breach of my personal information.
