I have filed a complaint against my videocon LED tv on **/*/**** ,TV was in warranty and the issue was of backlight .the technician came and assured us with a commitment of repair within ** days they took the payment prior of ₹****.(bill is attached)
Now i am not getting any response from the company and the assigned technician is not picking my calls. If complaining again the new technician is demanding ₹*** to just give a visit and start everything again with all the formalities
