jio fiber net (RELIANCE)

I subscribed for jio fibre connection in june **** under order number n****b****y and was promised that the connection would be active in ** days. they took the money inr ****.** up front but i never got the service, the customer service is so pathetic they had no clue when the connection will be activated. they keep sending messages that they regret the inconvenience caused and beyond that nothing. frustrated by their services i cancelled the order and they refunded the money.
as soon as i cancelled the order i got a call from jio again regretting that the order was inactive therefore could not be processed. they again promised me that the connection will be active in * days. after taking multiple promises from the supervisor and the team i placed the second order in september order nos no****bz*jmp and paying again upfront of inr ****.**
unfortunately till date i dont have the connection and no one is able to resolve my problem.
the company makes false promises to the customer and collect money upfront without the services. this is sheer cheating the customer.
i request you to kindly pursue the matter and help customers who have been cheated by this billion dollar company.
