I am from Pondicherry a proud customer of Lalitha jewellery. But I really feel shame when I have undergone such incidents from Lalithaa Jewellery shop in Pondicherry. Really got fed up. We give an order for a dollar of * gram for which we have given model picture and they took the order and said it will be done as per your requirements. We do have accepted and paid *****₹ as an advance on **th April. They said will give you by ** days or even as soon as possible. We agreed on that and as per that we made our schedule. So they called me on **th and said it's ready you can come and collect it, we were in Chennai we booked a cab and came to Pondicherry for collecting this as we had a function on **rd for that the baby should put that dollar. So In happiness, we came to Pondicherry and then when we have seen the dollar it was just *.*g but we have given the order for *g and it was so small that words can’t be ready in it. Then they apologised for the mistake and retaken the order after am yelling at them. Then the general manager Mr Sugumar has assured that he will follow up the order and make it done by **th and he said we will send you WhatsApp image of the dollar on Thursday as per that he sent, again it was so different from the one which we gave. Then I fought with them because the second time I can’t leave just like that. On that time I said to general manager and assistant Branch manager Mr Thanjayan that give me a letter from Lalitha jewellery that you can’t do the design which we have given with acknowledgement from a proper person. They denied it and assistant branch manager Mr Thanajayan abused me in words. I really felt bad about that. I am a medical student by profession. I need minimum respect but got bad respect from him.
So what am saying is that there was no respect for customer? So I need an apologising letter from Pondicherry branch for this mean act. Also, the letter bearing that they can’t do the design. And If not done am sure gonna bring this issue to the extreme and give a case against the Lalitha jewellery, also spoke to an advocate for the case against Lalitha jewellery.
I really appreciate Mr Kiran Kumar for giving such a false ad that you can whatever design people give. Kindly please remove the Ad.
