This email is regarding a complaint to be registered against Vishwesh Cable network **ft ring road, Mariyappanapalya, Jnanabharathi post, Bangalore ******.
Initially, I had opted for a normal SD connection paying the fee of set-top box and installation charges. Later we received an offer from the above-mentioned cable network owner Mr Vijay for HD connection paying ₹****/- extra for HD set-top box with monthly cable network charges of ₹***/-. Then we used to highlight the concern of network related issues to Mr Vijay and every time it was a time being solution provided.
Now from past three weeks, there is a lot of disturbance in HD channels and many times it has been brought to notice to Mr Vijay and we would get a response stating "problem is with the main connection at H.O" and even we kept quiet. Now, recently the cable network representative came for monthly fee collection and we highlighted about HD connection issue and the representative said for HD connection we have to pay ₹***/- extra which was never informed to us. Clearing the monthly charges we requested him to take back the HD set-top box and return our deposits and the representative asked us to talk to Mr Vijay who is the owner and surrender the set-top box.
From *th April every evening from**:** Hrs to **:** Hrs I have been visiting the Vishwesh Cable network office but they are not responding and response provided is very rude and unethical behaviour from the representative and owner as well. In fact, they threatened to harm us.
When we asked the owner, Mr Vijay, he used to say handle the box to the representative and when we speak to the representative he used to ask us to talk to the owner. We are fed up of this unethical behaviour.
Today again at **:** Hrs I visited the Vishwesh Cable network office and around **:** Hrs the representative turned up and asked to talk to Mr Vijay who is the owner and when I called Mr Vijay he asked to drop the box at office and when enquired about the deposit, he said it has to come from H.O and it will be late . So, in return, I asked him about the acknowledgement of surrendering the HD set-top box with adaptor, HDMI cable, remote, Card and he was not ready to provide acknowledgement and in return, the representative started arguing using harsh words and started threatening. They both have behaved in a very rude and unethically.
It is our humble request to look into This concern and solve the issue. We should get the deposit of ₹**** + ₹****. I am writing this with such pain and frustrations. Hoping to get a positive response and solution.
