There was some problem faced in my D*H in the month of August ****. On submitting my complaint, the Service Engineer (Mobile No. **********) visited my home with a charge of Rs. ***/- and also replaced the INBF for my D*H with an additional charge of Rs. ***/-. After his visit, the D*H worked well for few days. But since last *-* days, again there was the same problem faced by us. When we climbed the top floor of my house, we saw that the INBF replaced by the Service Engineer was broken and without cover. The Service Engineer, while replacing the same, was requested not to put the INBF without cover but he told that there will be no problem due to this. But again, we are facing the same problem. Therefore, it is requested to look into the matter and get my problem resolved at the earliest. It is not my fault or fault with my D*H but this is due to the faulty part installed by the Service Engineer.
