I purchased a Carrier Midea *.* AC on November **** from Flipkart. Also at the same time, I pay another ****/- for an extended warranty of * years. On April ****, means * months from the date of purchase the AC is not colling. I complain so many times and finally, the technician came and check the AC by replacing refrigerant, vacuum the pipes etc. They checked the whole day and finally, they declared that the AC is not repairable. It's a manufacturing defect. Then they note down all the faults in a form, the grill temperature is **-degree Celcius with continuously running about * hours. No cooling the room. In this form, I sign with my seal. After completing fill the form they assure that they submit the form to the company and the company decided to replace the AC unit. But still, any action not taken by the company and technician. I don't know when they solve my problem. I call customer care so many times but they told me you wait ** hours, we forward yours complain. I enclosed the form fill by the Midea technician at the time of inspection.
