On date **-**-**** my new connection was installed and when the installation person performed I only had * Mbps speed (I had paid for a ** Mbps plan) with high latency. He told me it was due to maintenance and will be resolved within ** hrs. Then I faced the same next day so I called customer care and they also said it to be resolved in ** hrs. Now on date **-**-****, my problem is still ongoing. Calling to customer care isn't doing anything they just keep asking for more time.

Also, no call or followup from the company has been given whatsoever upon exceeding of the requested time period. They say that your issue has been resolved without doing anything.
