On date **-**-**** my new connection was installed and when the installation person performed I only had * Mbps speed (I had paid for a ** Mbps plan) with high latency. He told me it was due to maintenance and will be resolved within ** hrs. Then I faced the same next day so I called customer care and they also said it to be resolved in ** hrs. Now on date **-**-****, my problem is still ongoing. Calling to customer care isn't doing anything they just keep asking for more time.
