Videocon ** inches Smart LED TV

On the evening of **th May **** signals of my TV has suddenly stopped and no channel was displayed. Next day I have complained tk D*h(formerly Videocon d*h) as the signals are responsibility of service provider. Next day on **th May a technician visited my home and told that as your TV has DDB so the Videocon will provide you the service and given customer care number and then I have registered a complaint there after some time on the same day a technician visited my home and after checking told that your product is in warranty period and the faulty part will be replaced within one or two days then he asked for visiting charges that I have paid. As nobody visited I have called repeatedly on the technician's number and customer care but not found satisfactory answers. Then after ** days on ** the technician visited again and replaced some parts of my TV and told see home channels are started and till evening other channels will also start as I am sending email. The real problem started from here I have waited for * days and then called that technician he told that your services will start soon but not started then again I have called *-* times he told that D*h will do then I called D*h but of no use. After *-* days the technician of Videocon told that Iam giving my senior's number he will do then I have started calling him for some days the senior then gave another senior's number. But he is the most irresponsible person I found he don't bother to even pick my phone.
Till date I have ringed around *** plus calls to Videocon customer care number, their technician's number, their senior's number d*h's customer card's number, their technician's number also emailed the matter to both the companies but of no use nobody want to resolve my problem every time their answer is I have escalated the matter, I have emailed the matter, wait for ** hrs etc. Till date no solution even after more than one month.
Although the financial harassment is less but I am fed up mentally and there is no solution seems.
Kindly help me in this regard.
