- Service not provided by service provider Open
I have been choosing my d2h plan for the last 3 hours. I have completed the process twice but my desire channels were not subscribed by the service provider. I have called customer care no twice. The first time I have been told that the package you have chosen doesn't have those channels. So the second time I had to choose individual channels still result was the same. So I again called customer care no this time Mr Raviraj have asked me to call after a half. In 1 hour I was too frustrated because calling customer care is waste of 10 mins to connect a call to a representative. I refuse and demand I need to talk to team leader he refused by saying team leader is not available. I clearly ask him unless and until you solve my problem I am not going to disconnect my call. The fellow keeps me on hold till half an hour and then he disconnects my call. I am paying money for service still I am not getting it. It took me 5 days to wait for my holiday. They have spoiled my holiday still my work is not done.
