We Have Booked Hotel In Goa OYO ***** Through Www.Goibibo.Com/ Booking Id No HTL*QURQQE Rs *****/- Check-In Date Was **th Dec And Check Out Was **th Dec. We Were * People Travelling From PUNE To Goa For Holidays. Check-In Was Given Delayed Even Though They Were Having Rooms Available, There Was No Wi-Fi, In ** Hours Of Stay More Than ** Hours There Was No Electricity In The Particular Hotel And Even Inverter Backup Was Not Available In The Hotel
While Booking It Was Mentioned That ***% Money Will Get Refunded If There Will Be Any Service Issues. We Called Them Several Times In The Stay For Change Of Hotel / Room But No Response Was Given By Ibibo Representatives
Please Look Into The Matter And Provide Me ***% Refund And Compensation As My Trip Was Spoiled And Money Was Wasted, Please Find With The Attached Documents
