Complaint filed against: Hathway Broadband Internet
Actually I have switched my room from second floor to 1st floor. My wifi connection needed to be reestablished. But the concerned person has made it hectic. I had tried several time to call that person but he never responded and his behaviour is rude towards us. This is the complain everyone reports whenever I talk to them. I'm facing internet crisis since two weeks and this is totally a complete harassment. The shifting occured at 16th of this month. But the shifting of connection wires is yet not done. Kindly look into this seriously.
Resolution Demanded: An apology letter from company official, Get damages for financial loss and mental agony
