- Service Not Delivered Open
I have changed my MIA1 phone display paid (Rs. 5200) on wk47 2018. There was a white patch developed around the corner of the new display. The service centre informed me that it is a display issue and it needs to be changed. The new display already has 3 months warranty. But they did not have a spare. I have been asked to visit another service center where there was a spare available. Hence I reached out to Velachery service centre and registered for this complaint with invoice # 11XXXX866X.
My phone is sitting with them for almost 2 weeks with no solution.
