- Service not delivered as promised and scamming Open
I am learning to be a stock trader and told the isp that I cannot afford a lot of downtimes to which he assured me I won't. I have been getting scammed by excitel for months. I am from Rohini and I took there *** Mbps plan for the time being there connection was fine but last few months I experienced a lot of problems "A lot".
List of problems:-
*) The connection was provided to me on a copper wire instead of fibre optic even though the company advertises ftth (fibre to the home). They told it will be upgraded this month or that month but it is still copper wire. It was told to me that wire provided is copper, not fibre and the switch provided is also not adequate for the connection they want to provide by an excitel executive(Amit) who visited me after a lot of complaints (still, it's the same).
*) No connectivity issue (almost on a daily basis).
*) Frequent disconnections which have a pattern.
*) Speed issues (to which my local isp just comes to check speed through a speed test. Net shows me it's **-** on a *** Mbps connection and says that nothing can be done and leaves).
*) They provided fraud address for my local isp (Shivam) which still hasn't been updated by the company.
I have sent multiple emails and called there support a lot of times. They say wait for * day or sometime or this is the last time and it has been a few months of them saying this. I have tried explaining my problems to all the team leaders (Ketan, Ujjwal, Vinay). They assured me that solution will be provided but later didn't even picked calls or call backed even when I scheduled a call with them.
Right now I am talking to there area manager (Mayank) but lately, he doesn't take calls or callbacks when a call is scheduled or arranged.
So now I think taking the legal route is the only option. I have enough call recordings, names, and emails to back up what I said above. Proving a screenshot of complaints about now.
Most of these complaints contain multiple complaints inside so don't be fooled that it's not a lot.
