I gave gaming console for repairing. They told me that there is some problem in the motherboard and they tried to repair it but failed to repair. When I received my console back, outer cover of console was not closed. I was able to see clearly that the hard disk of my console was replaced since my console was **** model, and the hard disk is **** model (written on it).I asked them to take it back and replace it
with the original one, so that i can give it for repairing somewhere else without any furthur delay. I also told them to check if any other parts have been replaced or not. But there is no positive response.
They replied to me "why do you care if any parts have been replaced its not working". Moreover they misinformed me as well on several occasions.
How to deal with such customer exploitation, misinformation, mental agony and waste of precious time?
