i have purchased moto g* plus from amazon on jan ****.since march end i have been facing issues with the phone.i googled the issue and their website asked me to follow some resolution.then by april the phone had started developing white lines and also the touch screen had started to trouble a lot.i have been trying to reach them and they gave me the addresses that no longer repair my kind of model for two times.i once again called all the numbers available on the website that service my phone under warranty but it is of no use.there are only very few centre and they do not attend the call or they are not providing service anymore.they should replace my phone and i need the issue to be solved.i need proper service and apologies from them.i need them to service my phone properly under warrant.i have warant card then why should i service my phone at my own cost.i have paid **,*** rs for this phone.no proper service and customer service
