- Service insufficiency and compensation related ^Open

this has been happening for quite a while that this trading company's app was being faulty a lot of the times. for which I did a complaint in SEBI. on the day of lodging my complaint, they called me and did a straight-up compensation call. the matter was resolved but not their faulty app. weeks from that day their app was not functioning millions of times. I will state some of the times as follows
*) on February ** at *.** AM their glitch started I couldn't get into their app, and it continued for at least **minutes, and then when I got in they were still facing issues and I couldn't see my portfolio or my order book. for which I got a loss of **thousand there.
*) on February ** and February ** I almost got myself killed, and thought of suicide as the only escape when i saw ** lakh and *,***** rupees as a loss. and I vomited * times and got a nervous breakdown and also called for mental help *ndtime in a row for angel broking.
*) when I have suffered enough I did a complaint again on them in NSE, and they partially vaulted with angel broking and closed the case on me, while calling me a bluffer.

sir, I tried to reason with them with all the proofs I have and tried to explain the agony but they just shoved me to the corner, stating I agreed to their clause and they will not take any responsibility for technological issues. we(traders) signed up for this.
and then I showed them an email from the previous compensation where they stated **lakh rupees as compensation, and which they didn't give, if they can then give me that? and they called me names like worse names for calling them out like that. they have thrashed me like hell went loose when I asked them which responsibility will they take!!
please help me! I need guidance. is my case valid enough?
