I booked a cab from makemytrip from pune to mumbai international airport but at last moment at pickup time they said no cab is available and vendor doesn’t picking the call so you arrange from your side. Even pick up was confirmed * hours before pick time by makemytrip, i asked that lady how can I arrange at this moment bcoz its not within city travel than she said let me talk with my manager and they took around * hour of time but no positive response as she said my manager is busy somewhere but no resolution of my travel ultimately after * hours shes came back to me and said i spoke to my manager we will reimburse your flight ticket cost and cab charges. So after so many calls and follow up on email they responded back to me even always given a false commitment that everything is done and at last discussion the lady was said we agreed to compensate your inconvenience by paying INR ****** (fifty thousand) and same will be credited to your account in within a week but after that no communication, no response on email and when trying to call they said our manager will talk to you. That lady name was Huma Sadaf from make my trip.
One more failure from make my trip, they didn’t availed my cab but canceled my trip after one month and refund the advance payment, till the time they generated innovice and sleeping like everything was fine.
Now i am looking for a solution.
