On ** January i was travelled from *:**pm Frankfurt to delhi and my seat number **A on flight number AI ***.
the seat its some problem from the starting of the flight, there is some problem so entertainment screen is not working through out my journey and usb not working as well even meal table is almost fall down condition. I requested to flight attendant her name Divya, please check and resolve the problem or if its not possible than change my seat but she didn’t respond and later she told me no other seats are available.
Its *.* hours journey and without any entertainment video and without charging of phone or laptop it’s quite difficult. Either if customer are paying for it.
I don’t understand before flight there quality ensures team not check all the equipment are working properly or not. They are in hurry even they claim a star alliance member, now i can understand the how the treat the customer.
Can you please help me or i don’t want next time with other customer such kind of situation will happen.
