- Service being delayed Open
I have a Nokia plus which is under warranty and its charger port is not working. Apparently, I found that it is a build issue when I researched a bit. I have submitted my phone to the Nokia service centre on *th May ****.
It is ** days now and they are updating me that the part is not in stock and they can replace it with the downgraded model of Nokia phone or they can give my phone back with repairing it.
Since it is under warranty and ideally they should replace my phone with the same instead of something else since it is not my fault that the Nokia built is no bad and the service is pathetic.
