- Seller sent a different item Closed
On **th January **** I had ordered book named "Indian Bird Migration Atlas" from amazon.com. I got the delivery on **th Jan, I received a completely different item from what I ordered. There was no book instead there was a booklet/ magazine of Rs.** in a small package. I contacted amazon customer care, they said they will initiate a return request and they will refund me the amount. The next day pickup was scheduled on **th Jan. The guys who came for pickup spoke to me rudely and said they can't accept the package as they said their office told them to do so and I received a message that my pickup is cancelled. I contacted the customer care and they asked me to cancel the previous return request and they scheduled another return on **st Jan. I received sms on my phone that your pickup is cancelled. Again they have cancelled the pickup without giving any valid reason. Then I contacted Amazon Customer care they said that my return would be scheduled again I have to cancel the previous return request and schedule another return for *st Feb ****. They told me if they didnt pickup I have to courier it by myself to a address by my money. Instead of provinding with solution for problem they have created they are simply harassing a genuine customer.
