- Seller declining return and refund Open
I have received the wrong size and horrendous quality version of a dress. I ordered on vastrova.com on **.**.****. Order no: #VT************.
The size on the dress was cut off. The seller Rajeev Pawar of vastrova.com has responded via email that he cannot accept the return since the product is not defective. They seem to not understand what "defective" means since I received a wrong sized product and it is, in fact, more than defective. I request that they accept the return and process me a refund. Also, new customers should be warned about how this website is fraudulently duping their customers by sending wrong products and having no proper return policy.
