i was staying with oyo life from last six months in the property GRG****
The issue is deduction of rent from security deposit without any reason I have already paid the full rent of April month and I have given the move out request on **.**.**** as per policy I can leave on **.**.**** to complete the ** days policy
But I left the property on **.**.**** and I requested for the security deposit and I have already paid the rent for April month also but then too they are charging me the **days amount from my security deposit without any reason
My stay supervisor (utkarsh gaur) never use to pick up calls I have the full invoice and receipt as proof and I have the recording also of the customer care of Oyo life
Please help me out through this situation because my family is going through with fanincial problem due to covid lockdown situation
I have provided my contacts details to them but they are least interested to reply me or listen me.
