I had become a partner(Associate) with drivezy in ****. I had registered * vehicles with them. I had bought this vehicle in FD scheme where I had to pay **% of ex showroom price as a security deposit for a lockin period of ** months. After this period they were liable to pay back that amount.
These vehicle were purchased on loan, EMIs were deducted monthly from vehicle business .
Because of covid they didn't even pay the EMIs and in last * months the sold the car to clear the pending EMIs. As per the policy they should be paying this amount.
Apart from money received from actual sell, security deposits are pending with them.
I expect at-least security deposit and Maintenance pool balance should be refunded.
