I booked a hotel through agoda, they took full payment and confirmed the booking and gave the mobile number of that hotel and when we went there was no hotel at that place and which was shown in the photos, in that place family was already staying there when we went to contact them and their mobile number was also fake, that night we had to run all night to find another hotel and now they are not refunding the money paid.
