Worst experience ever in booking room with this app..as I have booked room for my parents. When I tried to contact the hotel they replied that booking is not confirmed by their side due to payment issue as room rate is higher then what I have paid in the agoda app..So they won't be able to help .but agado took my money nd gave confirmation receipt as well..My parents suffered so much due to this ..agado doesn't have any contact number or email id to register complaint .My booking I'd is #********* ( Heaven the Hotel - Dwarka , Dwarka City)
