*. My first purchase was okay with them as i asked for proof of the bill at the moment and they provided.
*.Once they built confidence with me…they showed me original products from the store but sent a “Copy” piece. These people have tie-ups with Top quality replica people and they fool people at their convenience.
*. Since we are not experts, we end up not authenticating the product but luckily i did after * months when i realised the flaw with the stitching. I started investigating.
And so is the experience with my shoes. To check
I first reached out to D&G Stores in London & Rome - they asked me for product details & order Id since they suspected its fake (Blossomdeals clearly denied to authenticate it in anyway)
*. Then i started scrolling to my chat history with Blossom deals and realised that product they showed me while purchase is totally different from what they delivered me.
*. So i sent my cousin in canada to an Outlet store and share the pict of the same product. The sales person also said there seems to be an issue.
I tried so hard to reach them but they wud not respond. And after days of requesting they wud just say we cant do anything not even provide proof of purchase .And said Return period is **days. But their job is to send authentic products and hold accountability for its authenticity and thats what their instagram page is about. But no ownership and no help.
I started having anxiety and so i sent my another product the Louis Vuitton ONTHEGO MM also for online authentication which i bought from them in my earlier purchase also came out to be fake.Again not sharing any proof for authenticity. While they claimed that the invoice woukd be provided with every purchase.
i have all the proofs of ingenuity they are not owning upto like the product shown and product received,amount sent by me,the store shown pics difference and what i received and my chats pleading her to share invoices.
