i had inquired about the SBI arogya Plus health insurance policy for my wife on SBI website sbigeneral.in. later that day i received calls from sbi general executive regarding the policy purchase and the then i had received final quotation of ***** for * year plan.
on **th Jun **** i had made the payment of RS *****.** towards the sbi general link provided by their executive sumit.jagtap@sbigeneral.in. the receipt of the same has a transaction no. SHMP**********.
The policy no mentioned in the email received was ********.
Now after the payment i have not received a single call regarding the policy documents issue.
however i was told that i will be contacted by the executive after the payment.
before making the payment i used to get calls *-* times a day for the payment.
now its been more that * weeks of the payment and i am yet to receive any policy documents let alone leaving my cashless card.
i have tried contacting SBI general on their customer care email id but no one given me response.
every time i have only received a mail someone will assist you with the problem.
my wife's policy was to be effective after a month however i find it hard to be possible
i want my full refund and actions against those responsible for such unprofessional conduct
