After complaining in Voxya on Jan ** Got call from SBI social media team and they asking sorry for inconvenience caused to me in my outstanding bill regarding. And they have got approval to clear all my due amount with reference number *************, Which will have been already approved and my due amount become Nil, and will I will receive an email and Text SMS conformation. on or before Jan ** ****, but unfortunately they have not updated me any thing. On ** Jan **** they asking me to pay ****.** again, I really want to know what exactly SBI is trying to get from me???
