I had booked car on rent with savaari.com Below are the details.

On **th Jan ****
Our Journey started around *AM in Morning. Around **AM-**Noon I asked Driver to turn ON AC.
He said that AC gas was empty last night only ( i.e. **th Jan ****, Before our journy start).
I was traveling with my family having * kids of * years and * years. The condition was such a horrible like we were traveling in Microwave OVEN in more than ** degree, Every one sweating and Kids were crying.
Just beacause I was travelling with my family with Kids I dont want situation to go more worst if I start asking questions and quarrel with driver.
I also dont want situation to get worsts as journy is about * hrs whole day and dont want to spoil my family vacation.
Driver also ensured me that He will fill the AC GAS as soon as we reach the destination.
we reached Malvan around * pm. I asked driver to fill the AC GAS, he said he will check.
On **th Jan ****. I informed to Savaari.com customer care and explaind the situation. As per Savaari.com policy they must check the car before they send.

Section : Cancellations and Changes to Itinerary :
*. There is thorough check done before the car is assigned for your trip. However, there are instances though rare where
the AC stops working because of some mechanical snag. In such a case, you will get a discount of Rs * per KM for the
KM travelled without the AC. The driver will try his best to get the AC repaired as soon as possible in the trip itself.)
During the call I told him what if I wont pay the money as its pure ingnorance from Savaari.com. He said that in that case driver may create issue/threaten you.
Also said that as per management decision you will get *Rs per KM compensation. Driver will get AC GAS fill ASAP.
Concern * :
On **th Jan **** *-** PM I called Savaari.com customer care that I want to return on **th Jan ****, Will you be able to change/reduce the bill accordingly as I had some personal exigency?
After checking with unavailibilty of other drivers Customer Care informed that you have to go with current booking.
On **th Jan **** *-** PM I infomed driver I want to go via Ganpatipule on **th Jan **** Morning, I will stay on **th Jan ****. He has not denied on it.
I trusted on him and booked the hotel at Ganpatipule PFA.
There was option with me to cancel whole trip, But due to Hotels and other things were already booked I dont want to waste money and spoil family vacation.
On **th Jan ****. I asked driver that on **th Jan **** morning we will go to Ganpatipule he said that he will check with his Savaari.com co-ordinator.
After checking with co-ordinator he said that Its not possible to go via Ganpatipule as per his savaari.com co-ordinator.
I raised the concern with customer care, Savaari.com customer care said if driver is agreed you can go to Ganpatipule.
I again went to driver and shared input by customer care. he said that customer care is wrong. I explaind him that Its just little change of route while return journy
and even it will not cross ****KM which is agreed distance in booking. He said that you have to pay Rs**** extra for the same.
I feel the way he was talking to me like savaari.com co-ordinator asked him to ask for money.
Both Driver's Savaari.com co-ordinator+ Savaari.com Customer Care were playing blame game, just to earn money by putting customer in bad situation.
I faced loss of Rs**** of hotel booking at Ganpatipule because of this.
Concern * :
On **th Jan **** Because Ganpatipule visit was canceled I took decision to return on **th Jan **** and stay in Satara. We started around **:** AM
and reached around at *-** PM at satara. Malvan to Satara journy was same horrible as Pune to Malvan.
On **th Jan **** We were started our Journey for Pune around *:**PM. There was option to fill the AC GAS at Satara but Savaari.com is so irresponsible to take care of it and follow up with driver.
Around *:** PM we back to Pune. As driver ended the journy I got the bill Rs **,*** where Rs *** Night Charges was addded extra. I could have checked the bill cautiously but we literly burnt out in car
and not in possition to check bill details.
So I cleared the final bill instantly by sending complete money via UPI (Rs ***** UPI + Rest money I sent time to time as asked by driver either by cash or digital payment)
Car never run after ***PM-*AM during the whole journy. I raise the concern with customer care on same day.

It was worst experince ever.
Why was car not checked before the journy started?
The compensation offered was in case AC stopped during journy not when AC GAS itself is not filled.
There is no clear responsiblity of Driver, Savaari.com Co-ordinator, Savaari.com Customer Care which caused Rs**** loss to me for hotel booking at Ganpatipule.
Why Night charges are added?
Driver could have filled the GAS at Malvan or in Satara while return journy why was not it done?
Savaari.com has shown that they are so irresponsible even they didnt think about small kids were travelling too.
Even in such worst situation they tried to exploited me.
I demand Rs**,*** + Rs **** + Compensation for horrible journy and inhuman treatment we faced.
