I placed an exchange order for my LG single door refrigerator for Samsung ***L Horizontal Curve Design single door refrigerator on September last week (Order ID ***********). The product was delivered on October *, ****. However, the exchange process has not yet been started. I''ve been monitoring the status of my order for the past month. I haven''t heard from customer service representative yet.
After ** days struggle and so many attempts, pick up was arranged on *th Nov-****. And i made all arrangements for pickup. But no one came. The pick-up person called me on **-**-**** and inquired about my address. And guarantee that they will finish the pickup by November *th. Today is **th November deliver still no response from samsung team.For the past ** days, samsung exchange teams have made false commitments and have continued to make excuses.
Due to poor response , I am ready to return the product that delivered on **.**.***.Kindly refund my money as soon as possible.
